“His ability to simplify complex math concepts is remarkable. Thanks to his guidance, I achieved an A grade in my IGCSE math exam, a goal I once thought ambitious.”
Be who you needed when you were younger.
That line is why the classes are ten students and not forty. I was the student who did not ask, and I know what it costs. So the room is built for asking: I teach, we work a question together, and being wrong out loud is the point.
I run every class myself and I answer every message myself. There is no team and no platform behind this — just me, a whiteboard, and however many years of papers I have worked through.
Where the teaching comes from
Ten years in classrooms and on video calls, mostly with IGCSE students, in international schools and with a foundation that teaches children who would otherwise not be in school. The A Level students came later, and they are the reason 0606 gets the time it does.

“One of Mr. Dixon’s greatest strengths is his availability and willingness to help outside regular class hours. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure his students feel supported and confident in their studies.”
Online from Malaysia, GMT+8
The classes are online, so a student can be anywhere. Most are in and around Kuala Lumpur — Subang Jaya, Klang, Kota Damansara, Damansara, Kota Kemuning, Bandar Rimbayu, Bandar Saujana Putra and Puchong — and the rest are spread across Singapore, Indonesia, India, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The Gulf group exists because the Malaysian evening is the Gulf afternoon, and that was not working for anyone.
